Hotel & Travel – IMPACT National Conference

Recommended travel dates for the IMPACT National Conference 2025 is arriving Wednesday 2/26 and departing Sunday 3/2, so that you are able to take advantage of everything our conference has to offer! Check in for the conference and Pre-Conference events will start on Thursday 2/27 and the conference will conclude in a late night event on Saturday 3/1!

Please note that IMPACT 2025 does not assist with or take any payments for hotel reservations; reservations are made directly with the hotels themselves. We do not promote any specific hotel or accommodation and request that attendees do their own research to ensure that the hotel choice they choose fits their needs. These are hotels in the downtown Richmond area who have offered discounts to our attendees. We cannot guarantee these rates to be the lowest rate possible, so please check on any institutional or other discounts you may have access to in order to ensure you are receiving your lowest rate possible.

Please note that limited hotels are within walking distance of campus and many are along the free Pulse bus route (see below under Local Public Transportation) that will take you to campus and within walking distance of the conference festivities!

Please note that although the IMPACT Conference provides several meals throughout the conference, breakfast is not included, so if you require complimentary breakfast, please ensure you choose a hotel that includes that.

Richmond is also home to a large number of Airbnb and Vrbo listings. Many are nearby to the VCU campus and downtown Richmond. Please choose an accommodation that best fits your needs!
