About the Conference
The IMPACT Conference is the largest annual conference in the nation focused on engaging college students in service, advocacy, and social action, spanning more than 30 years.
Conference participants represent a wide variety of demographics and interests including, but not limited to:
- College students, who are expected to attend from 40 states around the country.
- Campus administrators, particularly directors and staff of community service, service learning, and civic engagement programs.
- AmeriCorps and City Year members, VISTAs, Bonner Scholars and program staff.
The conference covers a broad range of issues including, environmental awareness, community service, human rights, fair trade, and education. The sessions encompass a diverse spectrum of approaches to social change, including service, advocacy, activism, and politics.
